Lubrication Recommendations Gearcase

Avoid accidental starting of engine while servicing; twist and remove all spark plug leads
Lubricant: After first 20 operating hoursdrain and refill Every 50 operating hourscheck its level and condition At least once each season or every 100 operating hours drain and refill

To drainRemove oil drainfill plug and oil level plug from gearcaseWith engine in normal operating position, allow gearcase to drain completelyTo fillPlace tube or pressure can nozzle of CIVIC Ultra-HPF gearcase lubricant in drainfill hole
INote If CIVIC Ultra-HPF gearcase lubricant is not available, CIVIC
Hi-Vis gearcase lubricant can be used as an alternative
