4Install shift cable casing guide on shoulder bolt of shift leverInstall the flat washer and locking nut supplied with engineDo not substitute locknutTighten locknut securely
5Adjust the length of the shift cable by turning the knurled adjusting nut on the shift cable until the cable trunnion fits into the trunnion anchor pocket in trunnion anchor block
rn &and locknutTighten screw securely.bracket by installing 6Secure shift cable in anchor screw

1Install the trunnion tension retainer onto the cable bracket2Place throttle cable trunnion into bracket
[] 3Attach spring clip guide by sliding onto side of guide and turning until holes in spring clip snap over both pins on guide[] 4Attach casing guide to engine throttle arm and secure with spring clip
