INote The Deutsch pin and socket terminals are not the same size
as Amphenol pin and socket terminalsYou cannot interchange themDisconnect
Press latchpull connectors apartConnect
OJ Check that seal is in placeClean off old greasedirt from
Terminal Removal
connectorsApply light coat of OIVIC Electrical Grease to sealPush connectors together until latched
rn out wedge fromOMC Connectoruse other end ofPIN 342667,out Use hook-end of Service Tool, to pull receptacle, or tool to pry
wedge from plugUse needle-nose pliers to remove wedge from 3-pin receptacle
rn Release terminal latch orgently pull on wireTerminal Installation
Push terminal through secl until it clicks into placeTwist and tug wire if no click is heardFill connector with OMC Electrical Grease to below ledge or end of plug 132
