Propeller Shaft Bearing Housing Servicing
Inspect the bearings in placeIf bearing is removed for any reason, it must be replaced
1291-'1l1l1To remove the propeller shaft seal, front, and rear
bearings use CWIC Bearing Puller, PIN 432130, attached to either CWIC Slide Hammer, PIN 432128, or CWIC Puller Bridge, PIN 432127Thoroughly clean the housing in solvent2Install new bearings in the bearing housing using OMC Bearing Installer, PIN 33499715500

Oil and place new forward bearing on the tool with lettered side of the bearing facing the toolInstall the bearing until the tool contacts the housingOil and place new rear bearing on the tool with lettered side of the bearing facing the toolInstall the bearing until the tool contacts the housing
