Deutsch Connector Servicing
INote The Deutsch pin and socket terminals are not the same
size as Amphenol pin and socket terminalsYou cannot interchange themDisconnect
Press latchpull connectors apartConnect
Check that seal is in placeClean off old greasedirt from connectorsApply light coat of CWIC Electrical Grease to sealPush connectors together until latched
Terminal Removal
Use hook-end of CWIC Connector Service Tool, PIN 342667, to pull out wedge from receptacle, or use other end of tool to pry out wedge from plugUse needle-nose pliers to remove wedge from 3-pin receptacle
