Powerhead Servicing RemovalTiller Models
To avoid accidental starting of engine, twist and remove all spark plug leads before beginning service
INote Because ofthe number and types of fasteners (screws and
nuts), it might be appropriate to reinstall fasteners in their holes as engine components are removedThis will simplify identification and assembly
1Turn the retainer knob located in the middle of the air silencer and remove the silencer from the engineDisconnect the drain hose from the nipple at the bottom of the silencer
2Remove the choke cable pin from t'he retainerRemove clip securing the choke cable to the bracket3Remove the cable from the bracket4Unscrew six lower motor cover retaining screws
