Disassembly
1Remove screws retaining thermostat coverRemove cover and gasket
2Remove thermostat assembly and inspect for heat damage or corrosionAssembly
1Insert the pin into the vernatherm with the convex end of the pin facing out
rn 2Position vernatherm in sealPosition retainer and spring in thermostat housingAssemble halves
