Inspection
1Inspect the throttle cable for kinks and wearReplace if necessary2Inspect the steering handle components for wear, cracks, or damageReplace parts if necessary3Refer to Ignition System, Section 3, to test stop switchAssembly
1Install the throttle cable seal in inner handle
2Snap the stop switch assembly with the throttle cable into the coverBe sure the protective sleeve covers the stop switch wires and throttle cable3Place the throttle cable into the inner handle and align the cover with the handleInstall the throttle control plate on outer handle
