Installation

[}] 1Apply OMC Nut Lockto screws and install lockout housingTorque screws to 22-36 inIbs(2,5-4 Nm)

2Apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to bushing and install in bossPlace clevis in position and attach to shift rod with pinSecure with new cotter pin
rn 3in position and slide shaftgrease toyoke, detent, boss, and Apply OMC Triple-Guard shaftPlace yoke through and detent
clevis4Install clip on each end of shaft and rotate so clip contacts radius of shaft[] 5Install shift handle and secure with wave washer, washer, and screw[] 6Install drive pin in shift handle and secure with clip[]] 7Place shift lever rod in position and install retaining pinInstall new cotter pin8Install lower engine covers
