2Coat the driveshaft splines with 0v1C Moly LubeDo not coat top surface of the driveshaft as lubricant here may prevent seating of the driveshaft in the crankshaft
]] 3Lightly apply 0v1C Triple-Guard grease to the outside diameter of the water pump sealCarefully install the gearcase making sure the shift rod passes through the shift rod grommet in the lower motor cover, the driveshaft splines engage the crankshaft, and the water tube enters the impeller housing grommet (20 and 25 inmodels only)
