4Remove the filter and pick-up hose from the powerhead
5Separate the filter components and pick-up hose, inspect, and clean or replace6Use OMC Crankshaft Pulley Nut Removerllnstaller, PIN 342212, and crowfoot wrench to facilitate removal of nut
7Place tool on crankshaft taper aligned with keyway and secure in place with the flywheel nutUse crowfoot wrench to remove nut from crankshaft
8Remove upper belt guide from crankshaft
