Trim Sending Unit AdjustmentConventional It might be necessary to adjust the trim sending unit to coincide with the trim gauge at full trim-up positionTo do this, proceed as follows: 1Turn ignition key to the ON position2Raise the engine with the tilt switch to maximum trim-up position
III 3Move the angle adjusting rod to the center holeW 4Loosen the sending unit screws until only snug, so the
sending unit can be pivoted5Lower the engine all the way down against the angle adjusting rod
