Deutsch Connector Servicing
The Deutsch pin and socket terminals are not the same size as Amphenolpin and socket terminalsYou cannot interchange them
Disconnect
Press latchpull connectors apartConnect
Check that seal is in placeClean off old greasel dirt from connectorsApply light coat of QVIC Electrical Grease to sealPush connectors together until latched
Terminal Removal
Use hook-end of QVIC Connector Service Tool, PI 342667, to pull out wedge from receptacle, or use other end of tool to pry out wedge from plugUse needle-nose pliers to remove wedge from 3-pin receptacle
