8Tighten all three screws to following torques: Two side screws15-17 ftIbs(20-23 Nm) Center screw28-33 ftIbs(38-45 Nm) r:;;l9Apply OMC Locquic Primer and OMC Nut Lock to the four screws, lower mount to bracketInstall the screws and lock washersInstall the locknuts on the upper mount screwsReplace the locknuts if definite resistance to tightening is not felt L!!J
10Torque the mount fasteners! Torque the upper mount nuts to 30-32 ftIbs(41-43 Nm) Torque the lower mount screws to 24-26 ftIbs(32-35 Nm)
i under the steering arm, install the two screwsTighten
11While holding the steering handle assembly in place
