2Clean powerhead and exhaust adapter gasket surfacesInstall new exhaust adapter gasket dry; use no sealer3Use OMCUniversal Puller and Lifting Eye, PIN 321537, or OMC Lifting Fixture, PIN 396748, to lower the powerhead assembly into placeIf necessary, rotate the flywheel in clockwise direction to align crankshaft and driveshaft splines1al4Coat the threads of the exhaust housing to powerhead screws with OMC Gel-Seal II and install them Torque the screws in stages to 18-20 ftIbs(25-27 Nm)
