INote Disconnect the battery cables before proceeding with this
check1Separate the stator yellow and yellowgray lead's connector2Calibrate an ohmmeter on the appropriate scaleConnect one meter lead to the stator yellow lead and the other meter lead to the stator yellowgray lead 12 Amp resistance0.450.54 ohms Repair or replace the stator if your results vary
