[]] 2Apply CWIC Gasket Sealing Compound to the threads of the single shorter mounting screw Install the screw into the hole in the exhaust passage of the extensionTighten the screw to 192-216 in Ibs(22-25 Nm)Remove the two alignment screws3Coat the driveshaft splines with CMC Moly LubeDo not coat top surface of the driveshaft as the lubricant here may prevent seating of the driveshaft in the crankshaftCoat upper shift rod with CWIC Triple-Guard grease4Temporarily install the upper shift rod connector on the gearcase lower shift rodInstallation of the gearcase will not allow the upper shift rod connector to be installed at later time[[] 5Apply CWIC Gasket Sealing Compound to two of the long gearcase extension screwsInstall these screws into the two middle screw holes of the gearcase before the gearcase is installedTheir length will not allow access past the anti-ventilation plate once the gearcase is installedInstall the gearcase onto the extensionSee that the driveshaft engages the crankshaftRotate the flywheel, if necessary []J
