49Remove the backing from new intake manifold gasket and install it in place on the reed box side of the manifoldRefer to the Fuel System section and install the leaf plate assemblies
50Apply OMC Locquic Primer to the eight intake manifold screws and allow to air dryApply OMC Ultra Lock adhesive to the screwsInstall the intake manifold and secure with the screwsTighten the screws to 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm)
51Install the throttlespark lever to the crankcase and secure with two flat washers and shoulder boltTighten the bolt to 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm)
INote The larger of the two flat washers must be placed between
the throttlespark lever and the crankcase
