[] 1Spray steering cable with liquid soap and insert cable into sleeve from steering housing end
2Apply CIVIC Triple-Guard grease to pinion and rack hous-
3Turn motor parallel with steering housingAlign index mark on rack with center of pinion, and place rack in mesh with pinionFit steering cable sleeve into notch in rack base
[]]] 4Position cover on rackHold down cover and install long (silver colored) screws at locations marked ilL"Install short (brass colored) screws at locations marked "5"Tighten screws to 7-10 inIbs(0,8-1,1 Nm)
