Disassembly

rn 1Remove the four screws retaining the cover

2Standard ModelsDisconnect all wires in the standard steering housingDisconnect all wires in the P.W.M
rn 3P.W.MModels steering housing

4Tilt foot pedal back to extend the steering cable5Lift steering gear off of pinion and remove the washer from the pivot post6Unthread the steering gear from the steering cable
