Trim Sending Unit AdjustmentConventional It might be necessary to adjust the trim sending unit to coincide with the trim gauge at full trim-up positionTo do this, proceed as follows: 1Turn key switch to the ON position2Raise the engine with the tilt switch to maximum trim-up position

to the center holeonly snug, so the

4Loosen the sending unit screws sending un it can be pivoted

5V4Lower the engine all the way down against the angle adjusting rod

Lower the engine to the midpoint of the trim range
