Thermostat Servicing Disassembly

1Remove four screws retaining thermostat coverRemove cover and gasket2Remove thermostat assembly and inspect for heat damage or corrosion
Assembly

1Insert the pin into the vernatherm with the convex end of the pin facing out2Position vernatherm in sealPosition retainer and spring in thermostat housingAssemble halves
