10 Ohmmeter Test
Note All ohmmeter tests must be performed with the engine not running1Insert jumper wires into terminals "A" and liB" of the stator's forward connector2Calibrate ohmmeter on appropriate scaleConnect between jumpers Meter must show 850 85 ohmsr:t1l 3To test .for grounded condition, connect ohmmeter alternately between each jumper and clean engine ground Any needle movement indicates charge coil or leads are grounded Locate and repair ground or replace stator assembly4Repeat Steps and using the stator's rear 2-pin connector5Complete all circuits disconnected during this test
