Installation

1Install the flywheel key with its outer edge parallel to centerline of crankshaft2Clean the crankshaft and flywheel tapers with OMC Cleaning Solvent and let dryThese surfaces must be clean and dry to allow proper locking of the tapers

3Align the flywheel keyway and install flywheelCoat the threads of new flywheel nut with OMC Gasket Sealing CompoundInstall the nut and torque to 140-150 ftIbs(190-204 Nm)
