Throttle Plate Synchronization Note Apply light pressure to throttle plates during this procedure to make sure they close completely1Before synchronizing the throttle plates, make sure the throttle cam and throttle cam follower are not touchingLoosen the cam follower screwand move the cam follower away from the throttle cam 2Back out the carburetor link stop screw turns rn rn rn rn rn rn rn
3Loosen both carburetor link adjustment screws no more than 112 turn
4V6, V8Loosen, but do not remove, the bottom screw on the port throttle shaft connectorLoosen, but do not remove, the top screw CD on the starboard throttle shaft connector
5V6, V8Seat all throttle platesTighten throttle shaft connector screwsCD in reverse order
