1With the engine not running, move the throttle arm and linkage toward wide open throttle positionLoosen the locknut Adjust the wide open throttle stop screw (h) so that the carburetor throttle plates approach wide open position2Adjust the screw (h) until the W.O.T mark in the cam follower bracket is facing directly forwardTighten the locknut while holding screw (h)
