Remove the screws retaining the rectifierregulator to powerheadDiscard the gasket
4Apply OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to new gasketPlace the rectifierregulator and gasket on the powerheadInstall and tighten the screws to torque of 35-84 inIbs(4-9 Nm)5Connect the rectifierregulator leads to the terminal boardApply OMC Black Neoprene Dip to the connections 6Reconnect the battery cables
