Discard all gaskets and seals from the powerhead componentsScrape or peel off the gasket, being careful not to remove any metal with the scraper
rv f21 crankcasethe screws retaining the intakeedge with soft 1Remove manifold to the Tap the manifold around its
mallet to break the sealRemove the recirculation hose from the nipple on the crankcaseSeparate the manifold from the crankcase
r:;J 2Remove the cylinder head cover screws from each of the cylinder banksRemove the covers from the cylinder headsf41 3If servicing the temperature sender, use tip of small screwdriver to pry the sender out of the cylinder head
