Before proceeding, be sure that all parts are perfectly cleanBe sure that all replacement parts match original ones in size and shapeReplace all gaskets, a-rings, and sealing washers each time you assemble carburetor1sl 1If removed, install new intermediate calibration pocket core plugs Invert carburetor body and install core plug with convex side facing upSeat the core plug using flat punchApply Gasoila sealer to the edge of the plug2If removed, install new lead shotsFlatten lead shot with flat end punch and plastic malletCheck for leaks1sl 3Install idle chamber covergaskets, and four screwsTighten four screws securely4Install float valve seat and gasket5Install inlet needle, float, and hinge pin,p
