& Avoid accidental starting while testing; disconnect the starter cable at point CDINote Engine must be in NEUTRAL throughout test procedure and battery must be fully chargedStep
Procedure Results
Check voltage to cable at
Connect voltmeter between cable at CD and groundPress start button
aIf meter shows 12 volts, test starterbIf meter shows volts, go to Step
Check voltage at
Connect voltmeter between and ground
aIf meter shows 12 volts, go to Step
bIf meter shows volts, test battery and cables
II Check voltage at
