rope and press end flatPull knot tight and assemble knot into anchorand anchor into handle as shown

and rope channel, to anchor point with sharp, hooked pinHeat rope and press end flatKnot rope and pull tight into anchor point
1151 8Remove tool holding pulley, and let spring slowly wind
rope onto pulleyReinstall starter pawl components as an assemblyInstall E-ring with sharp edge up9Check the operation of the pawlThe pawl should extend when the starter rope is pulled and retract when the starter rope rewinds
