Bearing Housing Servicing '7Remove water pump assembly from bearing housing2Separate jet housing from bearing housing and driveshaft
3Remove retaining ring with snap-ring pliersWear safety glasses and proceed with care to avoid unsnapping the ring from the pliers
4Remove O-rings from housing and discard
5Warm bearing housing with propane torch to aid in removal of upper seal carriernot apply too much heat as seals or carrier may be

6Allow bearing housing to cool until it is warm to the touch
7Place bearing housing assembly in pressPress from the impeller end of the driveshaft until the seal carrier is free from the housingContinue to press bearings and driveshaft from bearing housing
