5To adjust, loosen the neutral start button screw CDWith the motor in NEUTRAL, center the button Q) in the switch recess Tighten the neutral start button screwRepeat Step 4
6Connect the starter motor red wire to the starter motorTighten the nut securelyApply OMC Black Neoprene Dip to the connection Reconnect the battery cables
Removal

1Remove screw and wave washer

retaining the shift

2Remove adjustment screw and nut from neutral start button and remove button tOOl retaining neutral start switch
rn 3Remove screw

4Disconnect the red wires and and electrical box connection
