1261 12Install the tilt cam and collar on the tilt tube1271 13Install the steering shaft and thrust washer14Install the steering shaft keeperApply OMC Locquic Primer and OMC Nut Lock to the splines of the steering shaft and lower mount bracket15Install the lower mount bracket and new locking nut with its unstaked side facing the mount bracketAlign the bracket with the steering arm and torque the nut to 190-210 ftIbs(258-285 Nm)
