I Note OMC Gel-Seal II sealant has shelf life of at least one year when stored at room temperatureTest the OMC Gel-Seal II sealant or replace it if the age of the tube cannot be determinedUsing old OMC Gel-Seal II sealant could cause crankcase air leaks
42Thoroughly clean upper seal area ofthe crankshaftPlace new upper seal on crankshaftDo not apply sealer to outside diameter of the seal
