STEPTIMING SENSOR TEST

INote Sources of intense light can disrupt the optical ignition sensor, causing misfireAvoid running
the engine in bright sunlight while the timing wheel cover is removedDo not point timing light directly at the sensor1Remove the rectifierregulator cover2Disconnect the timing sensor plug
OJ 3Attach OMC Ignition Analyzer to timing sensor and to 12-volt source
W 4Move analyzer selector switch to position:

V4- "B" V6- "A" 5Press "RESET" button on analyzer
