5Carefully install the flywheel coverInstall the 17 flywheel cover screws and tighten to 40-50 inIbs(4,5-5,7 Nm)6Install the spark lever assembly on the throttle camshaftSecure the spark lever assembly with the retainer7Position the timing wheel on the crankshaftInstall the timing pointer and adjust it as described in Synchronization and Linkage Adjustm ent, Section 1
8Remove old adhesive from the threads of the timing wheel screwPrime with OMC Locquic Primer and let dryApply ave HT 400 to threadsInstall the screw and tighten to 120-140 inIbs(14-16 Nm)
