Throttle Plate Synchronization

1Remove the air silencer assembly
rn 2Loosen the spark lever screwrn 3Push the spark lever roller rearwardW W
4Verify that the throttle cam and cam rolle are not touching5Loosen the carburetor link screw
[]]6Using 964 in hex head wrenchloosen the two starboard and two port throttle shaft connector screws Do not remove the screw from the connector7Seat all throttle platesTighten all throttle shaft connector screws
