RectifierRegulator Replacement 1Disconnect the battery cables at the battery2Remove the rectifierregulator leads from the terminal board3Remove the two screws retaining the rectifierregulator to powerhead4Place the rectifierregulator on the powerheadInstall and tighten the two screws to torque of 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm)DR4159
5Connect the rectifierregulator leads to the terminal boardApply OMC Black Neoprene Dip to the connections6Reconnect the battery cables

1Calibrate ohmmeter on appropriate scaleConnect between yellowgray and yellow leads Meter must show 0.86 0.05 ohm
