Powerhead Servicing Removal

1To avoid accidental starting of engine while servicing, twist and remove all spark plug leadsOn electric start models, disconnect the battery cables at the battery
2Remove the four lower engine cover screws:

Separate the two lower engine covers3Remove the shift rod screw 4Remove the nut from rear stud of the powerhead
