proceeding, be sure that all parts are perfectly clean Be sure that all replacement parts match original ones in size and shapeReplace all gaskets, O-rings, and sealing washers each time you assemble carburetor
1Install new core plug with the convex side upSeat the plug using flat end punch and plastic malletApply Gasoila sealer, OMC PIN 200763, to the rim of the core plug after it is seated 2Install new high speed nozzle gasket 3Install the float and inlet valve assembly 4Install the intermediate air bleed orifice 5Install the high speed orificegasket, and drain plug
