[] 2Remove the positive connection (red) for the battery cable and engine wiring harness at the solenoid 3Remove the yellowred and black wires from the top of the solenoidRemove the wire from the pressure switchIf equipped, remove bullet connectors from temperature switch and primer
rn 4Disconnect the two Amphenol and three bullet connectors from the engine wiring harness[!]
5Disconnect starter cable from solenoidLoosen the screw under flywheel, remove the two remaining screws and starter[] 6Remove screws retaining the solenoidRemove solenoid
7Remove screws retaining rectifierregulator and bracketRemove rectifierregulator and bracket
Installation
1Install rectifierregulator and bracketTorque screws to 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm)
[] 2Position solenoid and install screws securely
