120 and 25 inModelsApply CJv1C Triple-Guard grease to the end of the water tube coming out of the extension
2Coat the driveshaft splines with CJv1C Moly LubeDo not coat top surface of the driveshaft as lubricant here may prevent seating of the driveshaft in the crankshaft
3Lightly apply CJv1C Triple-Guard grease to the outside diameter of the water pump sealCarefully install the gearcase making sure the shift rod passes through the shift rod grommet in the lower motor cover, the driveshaft splines engage the crankshaft, and the water tube enters the impeller housing grommet (20 and 25 inmodels only)4Apply CJv1C Nut Lock to the threads of the gearcase retaining screwsInstall and tighten the screws to 96-120 inIbs(11-14 Nm)
