Water Pump Servicing Disassembly
1Remove gearcase from exhaust housing as described in Gearcase Servicing, this Section2Remove the four impeller housing screws
3Remove the impeller housing and impeller by sliding them up and off the driveshaftThen remove the impeller drive pin and impeller plate
4Remove and discard the water tube grommet, O-ring, and seal in the impeller housing5Inspect the impeller, housing, and plate for excessive wear6Clean the impeller plate and gearcaseAssembly
