[]]NoteTo remove the upper side mounts without damaging the mounts or housing, make removal tool using the dimensions shown in the illustration[] 9Use removal tool, Bridge, PIN 319874, from OMC Puller Kit, PI 386631, upper mount screw with locknut, and small and large diameter washer[] 10Insert screw through bridge, removal tool and mount with the large washer at topInstall small washer with nut under mountPull mount out of housingAssembly and Installation
1Apply OMC EPWheel Bearing Grease to upper mountsInstall mounts with indentation in mount aligning with point on housingThe off-center hole in mount is positioned to the rear
m 2Install the two lower side mounts, lower front mount, and shift rod grommet[] 3Position the swivel bracket to the housing and install the two lower mount bracketsApply OMC Nut Lock to threads of screws and torque to 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm)
