Apply oil to and install new O-rings in the intake manifoldApply OVIC Gasket Sealing Compound to screws and install manifoldTorque screws to 84-106 in Ibs(10-12 Nm)
29Install the camshaft key with its outer edge parallel to centerline of camshaftInstall camshaft pulley on cam Install screw, with washer, in the end of the camDO NOT torque at this time30Start crankshaft pulley on crankshaftInstall belt guide on top of pulley and thread nut onto crankshaftInstall the crankshaft key with its outer edge parallel to centerline to crankshaft
31Install OVIC Crankshaft Pulley Nut RemoverInstaller, PI 342212, on crankshaft taper aligned with keyway and secure in place with flywheel nutUse crowsfoot wrench to press pulley down in placeRemove nut and belt guide
