Function TestsS.L.OWThis ignition system incorporates the S.L.DWTM warning system, which gradually limits engine speed to approximately 2000 RPM when one of the following conditions occur: Engine temperature exceeds 240 (1160 C), on remote control models Crankcase oil pressure drops to dangerously low levelThe S.L.OWwarning system depends on input from: The temperature switch tanblue lead for an engine overheat The oil pressure sender tan lead for low crankcase oil pressureTo resume normal operation after the S.L.OWwarning system has activated, the engine must be operated below 1500 RPM and: Engine temperature must cool to 20]0 (9]0 C), for an engine overheat Oil pressure must be restored Temperature SwitchRemote Control Models
