proceeding, be sure that all parts are perfectly cleanBe sure that all replacement parts match original ones in size and shapeReplace all gaskets, a-rings, and sealing washers each time you assemble carburetor
115 Models Only: Install small a-ring CD, check valve assemblylarge a-ringretainerdiaphragmand spring with cover onto float chamberInstall screw to retain in placeINote []J

Install the retainer with the flat side against the check valve assemblyInstall the diaphragm so the outer rib fits in the cover groove2Press the air vent

3Install the high-speed orifice 4Install the gasket Q) and valve seat
