f511Be sure the manual release valve is screwed in all the wayRemove the retaining ring using OMC Retaining Ring Pliers, PIN 303857Remove the manual release valvef61 2Inspect the a-ring in the manual release valve for nicks and EJ cutsInspect the rubber tip of the valve for tears or deformation
[2] 3Remove the oil level plug from the oil reservoirInspect the a-ring on the reservoir plugReplace the a-ring, EJ lf necessary
Remove the two rigid steel lines connecting the top and bottom of the tilt cylinder to the manifoldWhen removing the line from the top of the tilt cylinder, you will have to hold the tilt cylinder band nut with one wrench while removing the line connector with another
