Place trimtilt unit into positionApply OMC Triple-Guard grease to the lower pin, and install the pin
i ftIbs(68-73 Nm), then loosen one nut by Va to 14 turn
'" 2If loosened, tighten the tilt tube nut to torque of 50-54
f21 3: Instal.1 external snap rings on lower pin with sharp edge of ring faCing out4Extend tilt cylinder rod to match with holes in swivel bracket5Apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to upper pin, and install the pin
